主讲人简介：Najum Iqbal （巴昱华）现任红十字国际委员会东亚地区代表处传播部主管，负责ICRC在中国、蒙古、韩国和朝鲜的对外传播和公共关系工作。在此之前，巴昱华在ICRC总部日内瓦担任亚太地区传播部负责人。他在人道传播领域有17年的专业经验，曾在ICRC驻巴基斯坦、阿富汗、南苏丹和孟加拉国等国的代表处工作。他的兴趣包括战略传播、声誉管理、国际人道法、作为援助的信息和危机传播等。巴昱华先生拥有伦敦大学的全球外交硕士学位，伊斯兰堡国防大学和平与冲突研究硕士学位，以及阿扎德查谟和克什米尔大学法律专业学士学位。
讲座内容简介：
In a world marked by the profound impact of armed conflicts and natural disasters, the role of humanitarian communications has never been more vital. In this discussion, we will explore the remarkable transformation driven by technological advancements, changing the landscape of modern-day humanitarian communications. Furthermore, we will delve into the intriguing concept of information as a lifeline during humanitarian crises, its pivotal role in cultivating trust and credibility between humanitarian organizations and the affected local populations.
As we navigate this terrain, we will also discuss the challenges posed by misinformation, disinformation, and hate speech, seeking effective strategies to combat them within our current information ecosystem. Throughout this lecture, we will illustrate these concepts with real-life examples and thought-provoking case studies.
在这个深受武装冲突和自然灾害影响的世界上，人道传播的作用从未像现在这样重要。本次讲座将深入探讨技术的进步如何影响现代人道传播的格局及其带来的显著变革。具体来说包括以下几个方面：
一、信息在人道主义危机发生期间作为生命线的重要作用，信息在维持人道机构的信誉方面和培养人道机构与受影响的当地民众之间的信任方面所发挥的关键作用。
