Xue Yuxue

Former Senior Official, United Nations Development Program (UNDP)

Xue Yuxue is a former senior official of the United Nations Development Program and currently serves as an expert member of the International Competency Development Committee of the China Education Development Strategy Society. He previously served as Country Director of UNDP offices in Afghanistan and Indonesia. Over the course of nearly three decades, he held various positions at UNDP headquarters and country offices, including postings in Afghanistan, Indonesia, the United States, Switzerland, Germany, Thailand, and Iran, gaining extensive experience in international organizations and diplomatic affairs. Mr. Xue is the editor of International Document Writing, the first Chinese-language textbook to provide a systematic and professional guide to international official documentation. During his tenure at UNDP, he was awarded a Certificate of Recognition for Contributions to Sustainable Human Development, issued by a United Nations Under-Secretary-General.
