Zhang Guihong serves as Executive Director of the China United Nations Association and Vice President and Secretary-General of the Shanghai United Nations Research Association. He is also a member of the Expert Committee of the Shanghai University Alliance for International Organization Talent Development and a judge for the National University Competition on Elite Talent for International Organizations. Since 2007, Professor Zhang has supervised more than 30 postdoctoral researchers, doctoral candidates, and master’s students— including international students—specializing in United Nations studies, international organizations, and global governance. He has organized numerous high-level international academic conferences, including the China–Japan–Republic of Korea East Asia United Nations System Seminar, the Dialogue between East Asian Scholars and Senior Officials of International Organizations in Geneva, and the China–Switzerland Dialogue on Preventive Diplomacy.
