Professor Yao Qi is an associate professor at the Law School of Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU). He serves as Assistant Dean of the Law School and Head of the International Law Teaching and Research Division. He is also Deputy Secretary-General of the Beijing Banking Law Society, Deputy Secretary-General of the Beijing Civil Aviation Law Society, a Board Member of the Beijing International Law Society, and a Part-Time Researcher at the Competition Law Center of the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE).
He has been a faculty member at the Law School of Beijing Foreign Studies University since 2010. He earned his Ph.D. in International Law from the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in 2010, his LL.M. in International Law from UIBE in 2005, and his LL.B. in Law from the School of Law, Ningbo University in 2002.
