Professor Yao Jinju is a professor at the Law School of Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU). She serves as Director of the Faculty Development Center, Deputy Director of the Office of Human Resources, and Director of the Chinese-Foreign Education Law Research Center (Beijing Education Law Base). She is a Standing Director of the Administrative Law Research Association of the China Law Society and a Standing Director of the Educational Policy and Law Research Branch of the Chinese Society of Education. She also serves as Vice President of the Education Law Research Association of the Beijing Law Society.
