Dong Nianqing

Civil Law International Air Law International Law

Professor Dong Nianqing is a professor and associate dean of the Law School at Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU). He serves as President of the Beijing Society of Air Law, Standing Director of the Legislation Research Committee of the China Law Society, and Standing Director of the Beijing Law Society. He is also an arbitrator for the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the Beijing Arbitration Commission / Beijing International Arbitration Center (BAC/BIAC), the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC), the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), and the Hangzhou International Arbitration Court. He has been recognized as a “Leading Young and Middle-aged Technical Expert in Civil Aviation” by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC).
